Many of our products are made to order. Production begins only after an order has been submitted and accepted.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests because a customer ordered the wrong size or because a properly produced product does not fit as expected.

We are not responsible for errors contained in information or files submitted or approved by the customer.

Once production begins, custom or personalized orders cannot be changed, canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by law or expressly permitted under our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Customer-Provided Photographs, Designs, and Content

You retain ownership of photographs, artwork, text, logos, and other original material you submit to us.

By uploading or submitting content, you grant I Am LKWP and its production and fulfillment partners a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to copy, reproduce, resize, crop, modify, print, process, and otherwise use the content only as reasonably necessary to:

• Create your requested product

• Process and fulfill your order

• Provide customer support

• Address production or quality concerns

• Comply with legal obligations

Your content will not be used for unrelated advertising or promotional purposes without separate permission.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the submitted content or have permission to use it

• You have permission from identifiable individuals appearing in submitted photographs when required

• The content does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights

• The content is not unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited

• Producing the requested product will not violate any law or third-party right

You are solely responsible for claims arising from content you submit.

9. Prohibited Customization Content

We may reject, cancel, or refuse to produce custom content that we reasonably believe:

• Infringes intellectual-property rights

• Uses a business, organization, celebrity, artist, sports team, brand, character, or logo without authorization

• Promotes unlawful activity

• Threatens or harasses another person

• Exploits or sexualizes minors

• Contains illegal sexual content

• Encourages violence against a protected group

• Contains malicious, fraudulent, or deceptive content

• Violates our policies or the requirements of our service providers

• Could expose I Am LKWP or its partners to legal liability

Our decision to refuse a customization request does not mean that we have reviewed or approved the legality of other submitted content.

10. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the I Am LKWP website and its content are owned by or licensed to I Am LKWP.

Orders may enter production shortly after they are placed.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.

This includes changes involving:

• Color

• Quantity

• Design

• Personalization

• Shipping address

• Shipping method

Customers should contact us immediately after discovering an order error. We cannot guarantee that a requested change can be completed.

12. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and shipping estimates are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders may be produced or shipped by third-party production and fulfillment providers.

Delivery times may be affected by:

• Production volume

• Product availability

• Carrier delays

• Weather

• Holidays

• Customs processing

• Incorrect address information

• Events outside our reasonable control

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

When applicable law requires us to obtain your consent to a shipping delay, give you an opportunity to cancel, or refund an unshipped order, we will follow those requirements.

13. Tracking and Delivered Packages

Tracking information may take time to update after a shipping label is created.

A package marked as delivered by the carrier will generally be treated as delivered to the address provided during checkout.

We are not responsible for packages that are:

• Stolen after confirmed delivery

• Misplaced after delivery

• Accepted by another person at the delivery address

• Delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer

• Refused by the recipient

• Left unclaimed

• Returned because the customer was unavailable

Customers should contact the carrier and check with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, mailrooms, or other delivery locations before reporting a missing package.

14. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges and do not provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, sizing mistakes, incorrect selections, personal preference, customer-provided errors, or other reasons described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Limited claims involving damaged, defective, significantly misprinted, incorrect, lost, or unfulfilled products will be handled according to our published Return and Refund Policy.

Our Return and Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

15. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers must inspect their products promptly after delivery.

Do not return a product without written authorization and return instructions.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, credited, exchanged, or refunded.
